渋いです。
ドラフト順位は決して高くないですが、3ポインターのイメージが強いです。

今となってはRaptorsで優勝を経験し、現在Lakersの主力でもあるダニー・グリーンはドラフトの順位の高さを関係ない事を証明している選手の一人だと思います。
ダニー・グリーンを見たのはスパーズ時代のプレーオフNBAファイナルの大舞台で3ポイントをゴリゴリ決めていたのを見て、こんな選手いるんだーと思ったのが初めて見た印象でした。
サイズ感とか絶妙な印象です、身長も低すぎず、高すぎず何でもできそうなスマートな選手でスラムダンクの三井っぽいなと見えるのは私だけでしょうか？
ドラフト2巡目指名といえば、個人的に思い出すのはニック・ヴァン・エクセルです。
1993年のNBAドラフト2巡目全体37位でレイカーズに指名され、当時移籍したてのシャックや新人だったコービーともチームメイトとしてプレイしていた選手で、背番号9で独特なプレースタイルが今でも記憶に残っています。
なかでも印象的だったのは94-95シーズン、対ボストンセルティックス戦。
セルティックスのホームコートだった、ボストン・ガーデン最後の試合にブザービーターを決めるという大仕事をやってのけたのを今でも思い出します。
レイカーズからしたら、嬉しい誤算だったと思うし、当時GMだったジェリー・ウエストもNBAウィークリーっていうテレビ東京のチャンネルでやっていた番組の特集で言っていた気がする。それくらいヴァン・エクセルの活躍のオッズは高かったと思うとドラフトの順位って面白いなと思う今日この頃。ヴァンエクセルのレイカーズユニホーム姿かっこよかったな〜、しかも９番ってなんか味あるよな〜

It’s reluctant. I’m not a high draft position, but I have a strong image of a 3-pointer.
These are the kind of players I’m drawn to.

His size is exquisite, and his height is not too short or too tall, he looks like he can do anything, and he looks like Mitsui from Slam Dunk.
Speaking of second round draft picks, I personally think of Nick Van Exel.
Selected by the Lakers with the 37th overall pick in the second round of the 1993 NBA Draft, he was a teammate of Shaq, who had just transferred at the time, and Kobe, who was a rookie, and is still remembered for his unique style of play with his number 9.
One of his most memorable games was against the Boston Celtics in the 1994-95 season.
I still remember the great job he did in making a buzzer-beater on the Celtics’ home court in the final game of the Boston Garden.
I think it was a nice miscalculation from the Lakers’ perspective, and Jerry West, who was GM at the time. I think it was mentioned on a special TV show on TV Tokyo called NBA Weekly. I do. That’s how high the odds of Van Exel’s success were, and it’s interesting to me that the draft order was so high. I think these days. Van Exel was so cool in his Lakers uniform…and he’s number 9! Cool….
